Attending the CSS and XHTML tutorials involves learning. During that learning the students will learn a number of tricks of the trade which will enable them to design effective websites. Each student will have their own criteria for joining the CSS and XHTML tutorials but all of them will ultimately be looking to make their websites more effective in attracting and retaining their target market.
